5 Days on the Pile

23 years after New York City Steamfitters Chris Wagner and Ralph Andersen volunteered to look for survivors at ground zero they are telling their story. A documentary that explores the selfless actions of two men who showed up, risking their physical and mental health, simply because it was the right thing to do. 5 Days on the Pile is a first hand account of the dangers, challenges and gut-wrenching discoveries these two men found in the days after terrorists attacked the World Trade Center.
