Bastard: The Legacy of a Criminal

At the age of 35, Pepe discovers that his biological father, whom he has never met, is convicted of crimes against humanity as one of the henchmen of the Pinochet regime. Pepe travels to confront his family's past, meeting his ailing dad, as well as the families of those subject to his father's cruelty. This intimate and generous film questions the limits of family and identity.
