The Night Ride

Thu (Hoang Yen Chibi), a young female motorbike taxi rider, encounters Sy (Quach Ngoc Tuyen), an unemployed man whose family is threatened by local mafia due to a large debt. Sy hires Thu as his driver to help him complete odd jobs for the gangsters, and they gradually develop an uneasy friendship that evolves into a potential romance. As dangerous characters like the cynical Thon (Le Giang) and a scheming tycoon (Truong Minh Quoc Thai) enter their lives, Thu and Sy begin to suspect their initial meeting might not have been a coincidence. This is a 2020 Vietnamese movie directed by Nguyen Nguyen Hoang.
