Judy the chimp steals a briefcase full of money and Sean McCoy of McCoy's Floating Zoo is arrested - so Sandy, Bud, and Bonnie decide to put on a show with Flipper to raise money for her father's bail.
Flipper helps Sandy and Bud search for stolen jewels when Ranger Porter Ricks is charged with robbery and hauled off to jail.
Flipper is kidnapped by a young man caught poaching inside Coral Key Park who threatens to kill the dolphin unless Ranger Ricks drops charges.
