THE BIGGEST LOSER · S13, E8Week 8
This week, the contestants are faced with a temptation involving their favorite foods, with the winner gaining game-changing power to arrange the two teams however they like - and remain anonymous. After an unpopular decision is made to switch up the teams, tensions rise and suspicion grows about the real identity of the temptation winner. Then the red and black teams race against time and each other to assemble a giant puzzle on top of eight-foot tall blocks, with the winning team getting a very special prize. Later, after a drama-fueled weigh-in and elimination, another contestant is sent home. Alison Sweeney hosts the series, and trainers Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince also star.

THE BIGGEST LOSER · S13, E9Week 9
This week, the 11 remaining players put what they’ve learned to the test when they all go home for 18 days and are given the chance to gain immunity by losing 5% of their body weight. They’ll also compete individually in a home rowing challenge that will earn the winner $10,000 when they are revealed at the weigh-in. While some contestants struggle with being back in their home environments, others prove they can stay on track, especially with the support of family and friends. Later, the contestants return to the ranch for grueling last chance workouts with trainers Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince before the weigh-in reveals who lost enough to gain immunity. Then another player goes home in the most emotional elimination so far this season. Alison Sweeney hosts the series.

THE BIGGEST LOSER · S13, E15Week 15
In part two of the series’ biggest makeover episode yet, the six remaining contestants get to meet First Lady Michelle Obama, whose Let’s Move! initiative focuses on solving the problem of childhood obesity. The First Lady talks to the contestants about how adult behavior impacts kid behavior, congratulates the contestants on being good examples of health and fitness, and visits with each player and their family members. Then it’s time for a workout they’ll never forget as trainers Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince lead the First Lady, the contestants and their families through "The Biggest Loser’s” first ever White House workout. Mrs. Obama also challenges the contestants with a competition to get more Americans healthy and active. Later, Bob tries to help a player who turns to food for comfort to deal with the stress of worrying about a loved one at home, and Dolvett puts contestants through a scenic last chance workout in front of the U.S. Capitol at the Ulysses S. Grant Memorial. Then their amazing trip to D.C. is over and they return to the ranch to weigh-in before another player is sent home.

THE BIGGEST LOSER · S13, E6Week 6
In this season of "no excuses," this week's challenge addresses the excuse "I can't lose weight on my own." Trainers Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince are suspended over water in a wild dunk tank-like challenge in which the red and black teams have to use their strength to keep a weight from landing their trainer in the pool. The losing team has to do without their trainer all week until the last chance workout. Once the losing team is determined, one contestant admirably steps up to lead their group while their trainer is away, with none of them aware that he is secretly watching how they do in his absence. Later, a very heated elimination sends another player home after a tense weigh-in to see how both teams did this week.

THE BIGGEST LOSER · S13, E7Week 7
Host Alison Sweeney surprises the contestants with the news that one player from each team will be going home with their trainer - and that player's weight will be the only one that counts at this week's weigh-in. It's also Valentine's Day at the Biggest Loser ranch, and that means letters from loved ones go to the team who digs their way under an obstacle course of logs first with a 200 lb. dummy along for the ride, representing the contestant who has gone home. The red and black teams do their best to burn calories while their trainers are away, and one contestant gets help from "Biggest Loser" nutritionist Rachel Beller in preparing a special meal for their loved one. Then the trainers and the two players they went home with return for a tense weigh-in before another contestant is sent home. Trainers Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince also star.
