Building the Dream

Charlie goes to Hertfordshire to meet Adam and Vicki Nicholl. The 30-somethings have grown tired of life in the city so they're now planning to move back to the village by self-building a new barn-style home.

Bill and Angie plan to knock down their old and cold bungalow on the banks of the River Thames and build a new home that's deserving of the stunning location.

Somerset is the location for this episode as Charlie visits Andrew and Vicki in the village of Cannington, near Bridgwater.

Charlie meets Ian and Steph, who are planning to build a fabulous family home, just outside Horsham, for themselves and their five-year-old son Gabriel.

Charlie's heading to Wales to meet Josh and Rhian. They're planning to knock down a sad 1960s detached home and replace with a stylish home high on the cliffs overlooking the pretty seaside town of Aberdovey.

Charlie's heading to Scotland to meet Pete and Jen, who are building a five-bedroom family home in rural Perthshire for them and children Niamh and Miles.
